Georgia Wellness began looking for a new location in December 2021. During this time we looked at over twenty-five properties. GA Wellness is unique in that it needs not just medical space, but education space, a room for processing donations, a room for a Baby Boutique, and administrative space for all the various programs we offer. We are the only non-profit providing services to reduce the risks associated with pregnancy in Gwinnett and surrounding counties, thereby confirming the need for this expansion.

This building exceeds the minimum required square footage of 10,000 sq ft by 2,560 sq ft, giving us the space to grow in future years.

Location was a big priority in finding the right building. This building is only 4.5 miles from Northside Gwinnett Hospital and 3.9 miles from Piedmont Eastside Medical Center, and is also located on the bus line. 

We are happy to announce the building was purchased outright in November of 2023, renovations were completed in 2025 and we are moved in and operational!

God has called us to Reach More and Care More. This building is providing the space do just that!
